In spite of subzero temperatures, Newtonians showed up this weekend to celebrate art, culture, and community all around the city. Across three days from January 23-25, we celebrated the fifth edition of WinterFEST with ice sculptures, lots of hot cocoa to keep attendees warm, arts and crafts activities for all ages, live music performances, dancing, a film screening, and hot soup donated by local restaurants.
